“The network assisted 7 hospitals and their rural health clinics serving rural communities in eastern washington state. All members are designated as critical access hospitals and 6 of them are public hospital districts. The network supports peer learning and collaboration between members to achieve administrative, operational and clinical efficiencies. The network continued development of a collaborative telehealth program that will help rural health systems provide telehealth-based services to other rural health systems during 2023. We also continued fostering the development of county health coalitions, worked to align member and county health coalition activities with regional accountable communities of health, and pursued grant funding for individual members and their communities until the network dissolved in 2023.”
