Mission

TULSA EDUCARE, Inc.'S MISSION IS TO HELP BREAK THE CYCLE OF POVERTY THROUGH A FLAGSHIP, VERY EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAM AND THROUGH TRANSFER OF BEST PRACTICES TO OTHER TULSA PROGRAMS.

To construct & operate early childhood educare facilities primarily for tulsa & northeast oklahoma's low-income children.

Tulsa educare, inc. (tei) entered into an agency relationship with the bank of oklahoma (bok), n.a. To provide account services to tei. This relationship can be contractually terminated by the board at any time. (george kaiser is chairman of bok financial corp. Chet cadiuex is a director of bok financial corp. Frederic dorwart is general counsel of and secretary to the board of directors of bok financial corp. And its wholly-owned subsidiary, bank of oklahoma, national association. George kaiser owns approximately 64% of the common stock of bok financial corp.) frederic dorwart is one of the four directors of the bokf foundation, a supporting organization of tulsa community foundation. Frederic dorwart and chet cadiuex are two of the twenty-seven trustees of tulsa community foundation. Tulsa educare, inc. Is a supporting organization of tulsa community foundation. Frederic dorwart and phil frohlich are two of the three directors of george kaiser family foundation, a supporting organization of tulsa community foundation. Frederic dorwart and phil frohlich are two of the eight directors of tulsa beautification foundation, a supporting organization of tulsa community foundation. George kaiser and don millican are employees of kaiser-francis oil company.
