IT AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS SO ELIGIBLE FAMILIES MAY CHOOSE THE SCHOOL THAT BEST FITS THEIR CHILD. THE PROGRAM ALLOWS INDIVIDUAL AND BUSINESS DONORS TO RECEIVE A STATE TAX CREDIT EQUAL TO 50 % OF THEIR GIFT.(CONT.
