Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The mission of humboldt spay/neuter network is to reduce animal suffering by preventing the births of unwanted puppies and kittens, and to find responsible homes for those that are born. To accomplish this, we promote and provide affordable spaying and neutering for low-income pet owners and for stray and feral cats. We also conduct a foster and adoption program for at-risk and homeless kittens and cats.
