IN ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SUCH PURPOSES, THE CORPORATION WILL: (i) PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL-BEING OF THE YOUTH OF THE DALLAS- FORT WORTH METROPOLITAN AREA, THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND INSTRUCTION OF AMATEUR ROWING BY PROVIDING CLINICS, WORKSHOPS, OR LESSONS, WHICH ARE MOST LIKELY TO ACHIEVE THIS ENDS; (ii) PROMOTE, SPONSOR, AND ADVANCE AN UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE SPORT OF ROWING IN THE DALLAS-FORT WORTH METROPOLITAN AREA, THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE ROWING PROGRAMS AND EVENTS, AND REGULAR INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE TECHNIQUES AND SKILLS OF ROWING AT ALL ABILITY LEVELS, WHICH ARE MOST LIKELY TO ACHIEVE THIS ENDS; (iii) RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE, LEASING AND OPERATION OF THE HISTORIC WHITE ROCK LAKE BOA
