Mission

The committee for bond initiatives' exempt purpose is to support or oppose before the people of the city and county of st. Louis, missouri and of the surrounding area (herein, the "st. Louis community"), and before the illinois and missouri state and local government bodies and officials, ballot initiatives and referenda which affect the common good and general welfare of the st. Louis community involving the issuance of bonds. For example, the organization may support or oppose an intiative or referendum seeking approval of a bond issuance to fund education or infrastructure within the st. Louis community. The organization seeks to educate the st. Louis community and legislators regarding the benefits or detriments of particular initiatives or measures involving the issuance of bonds.
