To insure that MAX4Kids has a major impact upon the lives of young people in the counties in which MAX Credit Union does business; To benefit children's charities in the counties in which MAX CU does business; To provide scholarships for graduating seniors in the counties in which MAX CU does business; To assist in funding programs that aid children and youth in the counties in which MAX CU does business; To hold fundraisers that will enable MAX4Kids Foundation, Inc. to accumulate the revenues necessary to fund the foundation; To enter into, make, and perform contracts of every kind for any lawful person, firm, corporation, association or governmental body; and To conduct and carry on the business of the foundation and to carry out any act in the best interest and furtherance of the Foundation as long as it does not interfere or conflict with the Code of Alabama or the By-laws if the foundation.
