Our mission is to accelerate the great commission by equipping leaders, developing networks, and catalyzing collaboration toward spiritual breakthroughs among the least reached peoples and places of the world.

We serve as a catalyst, coach, and consultant providing advisory services to multi-lateral, multi-national networks and partnerships seeking to advance the gospel among the unreached. We equip network leaders by providing training, tools, and resources to build their skills.

In our increasingly interconnected world, mission networks are now shaping the most innovative collaborative strategies for reaching the unreached with the Gospel. These networks and partnerships provide a critical meeting point for mission leaders to build trust, and learn to work in partnership with each one contributing different resources and expertise. Our work with networks and partnerships is prioritized in areas that will result in the greatest breakthroughs to advance the Gospel. These are areas where the situations are too complex, where the challenges are too big, and where the resources required are simply too great for any one organization.

We delivered dozens of online and on-site collaboration training activities and events throughout the year including our Synergy Summit semi-annual international conference, keynotes, webinars, workshops, courses, and more. The Summit brought together 132 leaders from 36 countries and over 44 networks for training and shared learning to lead and partner for the Gospel. In 2015 we launched our new Synergy Commons website, to provide collaboration resources, online training, and learning community for over 400 members/leaders from around the world.
