The Board has put in place a written Conflict of Interest Statement for Board Members, Board Committee Members, Employees, Volunteers, and Contractors to sign. These persons are required to inform the Board in advance of any potential MINT-related transactions of personal gain. No board or committee member or any member of his/her family should have any beneficial interest in, or substantial obligation to any MINT supplier of goods or services or any other organization that is engaged in doing business with or serving MINT unless it has been determined by the board, on the basis of full disclosure of facts, that such interest does not give rise to a conflict of interest.

Attendance records for lectures and practice sessions and evaluations of course work are maintained by the Center staff. A total of 233 students were enrolled in MINT courses this fiscal year.107 students were enrolled in teacher certification courses. 24 of these students graduated and received AMI diplomas, 2 students are completing course requirements, and 80 students are enrolled in a course that is still in progress.126 students were enrolled in assistants certification courses, and 112 received the AMI Assistants Certificates.
