THE ELEVEN-STORY BUILDING OFFERS 116 UNITS FOR FORMERLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND, INCLUDING INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS. THE REMAINING UNITS ARE FOR LOW-INCOME COMMUNITY RESIDENTS, THE MAJORITY OF WHOM ARE ACTIVELY PURSUING CAREERS IN THE PERFORMING ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRIES, SUCH AS LOCAL ACTORS, DANCERS, SINGERS AND FILMMAKERS.
