And is responsible for day-to-day operations involving tenant selection and application required by hud, all management related matters including general maintenance and repairs, administrative, personnel administration, rent collection and lease enforcement, accounting services, marketing, and community relations, as outlined in the management agreement. Employee hiring, supervision, and terminations are the responsibility of delta development as managing agent.
