After such disclosure, the Board of Directors evaluates and votes on any action that need be taken as the result of such conflict.”

“A committee of the Board of Directors evaluates the Executive Director's performance annually. Input from the Executive Director is obtained as part of the process. The committee also researches compensation for similarly qualified individuals in comparable positions at similar organizations. The committee makes a recommendation to the full Board for the Executive Director based on the evaluation of performance and review of the compensation information. The Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the compensation decision. Last undertaken in 2015.”

“We use cash basis accounting not accrual. On 1-1-2016 we had $14,355 in advance payments/deferred revenue/unearned revenue for product that got delivered later in 2016. Afterward in 2016 we received a new $9,440 in advance payments/deferred revenue/unearned revenue for product to be delivered the following year, which is reflected as a liability on 12-31-2016. The net difference, $4,915, amounts to a shrinkage in liabilities which is an increase in assets.”
