“The Organization has a written conflict of interest policy. This policy is reviewed annually by each member of the Board. Each responsible person annually completes a disclosure form identifying any relationships, positions or circumstances in which the responsible person is involved that he or she believes could contribute to a conflict of interest arising. Such relationships, positions or circumstances might include service as a director of or consultant to a non profit organization, or ownership of a business that might provide goods or services to InFlight, Inc. Any director or committee member involving a conflict of interest shall disclose all facts related to the conflict of interest and they are noted in the minutes. A person who has a conflict of interest shall not participate in or be permitted to hear the Board's discussion of the matter except to disclose facts and respond to questions. A director may not vote on the matter.”

THE NEEDS WE ADDRESS INCLUDE SERVICE COORDINATION, RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION, DAY HABILITATION, AND RESPITE SERVICES AND ARE PROVIDED FOR AT AN INDIVIDUAL'S HOME OR AT A GROUP HOME. OUR GOALS ARE TO PROMOTE INDIVIDUALIZED OUTCOMES THAT DO THE FOLLOWING: 1. MAXIMIZE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS AND BEHAVIOR NECESSARY TO BE A PARTICIPATING MEMBER OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S HOME AND COMMUNITY, INCLUDING CONSIDERATION OF LIFELONG PLANNING. 2. INCLUDE ACTIVITIES RELEVANT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF AND SELF-AWARENESS AS WELL AS THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING MEANINGFUL PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE DISABLED AND NON-DISABLED. 3.
