“Each year directors are required to complete a questionnaire that determines compliance with the organization's conflict of interest policy. The Secretary monitors and enforces that every member of the Board completes the conflict of interest form every year. The organization accepts board members' assertions at face value, unless something occurs to indicate otherwise. We have had no situations or reports from others about potential violations.”

“Directors and officers are volunteers and receive NO compensation for this work. However, the organization's mission is to provide dance events and opportunities and some directors or officers are musicians. Occasionally, directors or officers who are musicians perform at events or manage large events. If so, they are compensated the same amount as other musicians or managers and such compensation is reported on Forms 1099 NEC. The aggregate amount paid to any director or officer for such has not exceeded $1,000 in any calendar year.”
