Potential conflicts of interest and/or commitments are reviewed by an Institute-wide committee. Also, a report is made to the Board of Trustees Audit Committee annually.”
“The Rensselaer Board of Trustees has delegated the compensation of the President of Rensselaer to the Compensation and Personnel Development Committee of the Board. The Compensation Committee retains an independent compensation consultant to provide a Compensation and Benefits report to determine the compensation of the President of Rensselaer.
