“After review by theatre communications group's chief financial officer and executive director, the 990 will be first given to the chair of the audit committee. After the chair reviews the 990 form, it will then be disseminated to the board at one of their monthly meetings for review and approval to file.”

“For tcg staff: we have established a conflict of interest committee which meets to review any potential conflicts that may arise. This committee consists of the executive director, publisher, managing director and chief financial officer. If needed, a comittee member may recuse themselves. The board of trustees are required to sign a conflict of interest form.”

However, they do not approve individual salary amounts except for the executive director. The executive director's salary is approved by the compensation committee of the board which reviews current compensation against other service organizations and various compensation surveys. This was last done in 2016.”
