Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

The methods used to establish compensation for the executive director was determined by compensation surveys, an executive committee and the comparison of the form 990 of other organizations. This process was approved and document in the board minutes. The compensation of the executive director is reviewed annually by the board president and the executive committee of the board. The salaries of the key senior staff were determined using comparable data and are reviewed annually by the president of the board and the executive director.
