On the Form 990, amounts reported in Part VII, Column (e) represent a combination of amounts NRDC paid to the third party executive search firm for Mr. Baginski's services as well as amounts NRDC paid Mr. Baginski directly. Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a The sole institutional member, NRDC, has the sole authority to appoint NRDC Action Fund's Board of Directors on an annual basis. This power is reserved to NRDC in NRDC Action Fund's organizational documents.”
