The taxpayer had its financial statements for the year ended june 30, 2017 audited by an independent accounting firm. During the audit fieldwork, the taxpayer was unable to obtain an executed copy of a loan from the city of houston (coh)which may have resulted from a hud grant to coh that was a pass-through loan to the taxpayer. The taxpayer will continue investigating this matter. It will undergo a single audit if it is determined such an audit is required.

DURING THE AUDIT FIELDWORK, THE TAXPAYER WAS UNABLE TO OBTAIN AN EXECUTED COPY OF A LOAN FROM THE CITY OF HOUSTON (COH)WHICH MAY HAVE RESULTED FROM A HUD GRANT TO COH THAT WAS A PASS-THROUGH LOAN TO THE TAXPAYER. THE TAXPAYER WILL CONTINUE INVESTIGATING THIS MATTER. IT WILL UNDERGO A SINGLE AUDIT IF IT IS DETERMINED SUCH AN AUDIT IS REQUIRED.
