Brookfield properties, jp morgan chase, and muss development have multiple boardmembers serving on this organizations board. Large commercial development properties located in the business improvement district have rights under the district plan and bylaws to have board representation for each development site. Some development sites are controlled by directly or indirectly by companies listed above.
