“The organization's mission is to strengthen and build-up, at risk communities by providing them the skills and services needed to improve their quality of life. The organization provides these services throughout new york city and in central america. By empowering communities it provides individuals with the tools needed to help them become economically self-sufficient and be able to live independently. As such it delivers specialized training in information technology, digital media, web development, and 3d design. The services it provides range from organizational development, staff training, youth counseling, and educational development.”

“Npsf - the proposed project is aimed at (1) helping build the board's capacity to fund raise and to increase discretionary revenue needed to fund key operations positions to support the organization's long term sustainability; (2) increase our ability to recruit board members; and (c) provide the board with professional and compelling materials to help fund raise and recruit board members. (3) to develop a comprehensive marketing and communication plan. Digital literacy program - goal is to teach and introduce minority youth 12 years old and over to the world of computer code language. The program will teach students how to write python 3.0, a well-known and utilized computer language program. Our ultimate goal is to excite minority youth to further pursue their learning of computer and technology skills in order for them to be able to enter and participate in this fast growing economic sector in new york city. Upper manhattan innovation center - will offer workforce development training in graphic design, web development and 3d design and printing. Trainees enrolled through this center will participate in a 10 week course that will provide basic skills in designing 3d objects in programs such as tinkercad, 123d, maya, and sculptris. This will include printing designs on umics diverse 3d printers. Trainee support and job placement services will also be offered to assist program graduates with completing the program and finding employment paying a livable wage.”
