Sebco development inc. Is a non profit community based organization committed to developing and maintaining affordable and safe housing in the city of new york. Sebco strives to continually provide well maintained, secure housing along with the supportive services needed to improve the quality of life of the families and individuals we serve in our community.

Sebco development, inc. Is a community based housing development company located in the south bronx of new york city, the poorest congressional districts in the united states. In its forty years, it has developed more than 6,000 units of subsidized housing. It continues to develop housing, as well as providing social services, transitional housing for the homeless and meals for the elderly.
