“The organization has dues paying members. There is only one class of member. All members are entitled to vote at the annual meeting of members and in other elections as stipulated in the bylaws. All members are entitled to equal benefits (discounts on products and services, access to committees and working groups, etc.). Member dues are assessed using a sliding scale dependent on gross revenue of member companies. There are special dues rates for nonprofit organizations.
