“The mastervoices "member directors" are nominated by the governing committee which is comprised of singing members of the chorus. Two positions on mastervoices board shall be reserved for and filled by "member directors," who shall be mastervoices members (as defined by section 6.01 of the mastervoices' bylaws) nominated and elected to the board.
