AIDS Treatment Data Network Inc

Aids treatment data network, inc. ("atdn") is a not-for-profit, independent, community-based organization that provides case management and support services through one-on-one encounters. The ultimate goals of case management are to improve clients' quality of life and help clients toward the highest level of independent functioning they are capable of, regardless of how long that takes. Some clients require the support of the program for extended periods of time, others are able to stabilize their lives and function independently without case management. Clients who no longer need case management and are interested in pursuing educational or vocational opportunities are often referred to housing works second life job training program.
