Adam max is managing partner of the jordan company. Historically, the jordan company has had a business relationship with jefferies financial group, of which saw board chair joseph steinberg is the chairman.

The form 990 has been fully reviewed by the audit committee in conjunction with the accounting firm in advance of its filing. Once all information was reviewed and all changes deemed appropriate were made, the form 990 was reviewed by the president. Should the president have any changes to the form 990, they must be approved by the audit committee in advance of the filing. The form 990 was made available to all board members before the form 990 filed. Once all changes were made, the form 990 was filed.
