The organization did in fact provide a copy of the Form 990 for fiscal year end 06/30/2015 to all members of the governing body before filing saidf Form 990. Ata scheduled meeting, in Mid-September each member is given a copy for review purposes, for not only fiscal but also narrative information being submitted.

Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

The Organization's purpose of establishing a Conflict of Interest Policy is its effort to protect its interest when it contemplates entering into a transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interest of an Officer or Director of the Organization or might result in the possible excess benefit transaction. The Conflict of Interest Policy stays on file and measures are taken to help ensure that there iscompliance with its various Articles.Any interested person with a financial interest has a duty to disclose any Financial Interest to the Directors and Members of the Committee before entering into any transaction or arrangement. There are policies in place to address actua/proposed violations of the Conflict of Interest Policy including periodic reviews and outside experts
