On an annual basis the officers, directors and key employees are provided a copy of the conflict of interest (coi) policy and are asked to review the policy and indicate any conflicts that may be real and/or perceived. A copy of the signed policy is then forwarded to the secretary for review and remains on file for each new program year. In the event that cri enters into a significant contract or lease, the policy is reviewed to insure that no conflict exists between the officers, directors or key employees prior to the execution of such contract and/or lease.

SECURE JOBSSECURE JOBS CT IS A TWO-YEARDEMONSTRATION PILOT DESIGNED TO INCREASE THE INCOME OF FAMILIES TRANSITIONING FROM HOMELESSNESS TO HOUSING BY CONNECTING THEM TO THEEDUCATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORTS THEY NEED TO SECURE AND MAINTAIN STABLE, COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY BETTER INTEGRATING AND COORDINATING THE EFFORTS OF THE HOMELESS SERVICES, WORKFORCE AND CHILD CARE SECTORS TO EFFECTIVELY SERVE FAMILIES PARTICIPATING IN THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING'S (DOH'S) CONNECTICUT'S RAPID REHOUSING PROGRAM (CTRRP).FOSTER GRANDPARENTS FUNDED BY THE CORPORATION FOR NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE, THE FOSTER GRANDPARENT PROGRAM BRINGS LOW-INCOME SENIOR CITIZENS INTO 10 PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN BRIDGEPORT, STRATFORD, AND FAIRFIELD TO MENTOR CHILDREN FACING CHALLENGES IN SCHOOLS. FY 2020 WAS THE THIRD YEAR OF THE THREE YEAR GRANT PERIOD, AND APPROXIMATELY 56 CHILDREN WERE SERVED.IPAD ACADEMY-FUNDED BY THE WORKPLACE, THIS PROGRAM SERVES WIOA-ELIGIBLE OUT-OF-SCHOOLBETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 24.
