On october 17, 2018, career resources, inc. Acquired all the assets and assumed all the liabilities of isaiah 61:1, inc. (eid# 06-1069280) for no consideration through an agreement and plan of merger. Isaiah 61:1, inc. Was a nonprofit corporation organized in connecticut that provided community reentry services. As a result, career resources, inc. Assumed isaiah's contract with the connecticut department of correction that runs through july 31, 2022 to provide community reentry services through the operation of three men's houses (serving as many as forty-five men) and one women's house (serving as many as fifteen women).
