“The organization is a nonmember charitable organization which is operated by 7 voting governing board members. The board/governing body can range from 3 to 9 members. The members of the board serve a three year term. The organization has a minimum of six meetings a year in order to discuss the goverance of business and facility management of the nonprofit. The officers or other board members may call additional meetings if necessary. Officers are elected at the annual meeting. In 2020 the annual meeting was held in june. Officers serve a one year term. The organization has approximately seventy-five core volunteers and up to one hundred and twenty-five volunteers for production support. Also the organization can have as many as six part-time employees during a calendar quarter.”

“The wallingford public access association, inc has expanded its outreach beyond community cable tv. The organization expanded its community service to encourage and empower the people of wallingford, ct to meet their own communication needs. This is achieved by the organization facilitating digital media creation and managing its public distribution via television, social media, books and audio media. Operating a community based media center inclusive of a tv studio, community meeting rooms, performance space and a photography and fine art gallery exhibit. The gallery exhibit is primarily the work of the local community people. The gallery, "streetshotz", is designed to encourage public support for programs serving the housing and food insecure populations. The art displayed has no moneytary value and cannot be sold. Its sole purpose is advocacy thru art.”
