During the return preparation process, the tax department works with other functional areas which may include, as needed, finance, accounting, treasury, legal, human resources, and corporate compliance for advice, information and assistance in order to prepare a complete and accurate return. A complete final copy of the return is provided to designated management team members with experience in tax, in lieu of the full board.

IN 2017, ST. VINCENT'S COLLEGE ENTERED INTO A MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH SACRED HEART UNIVERSITY UNDER WHICH SACRED HEART PROVIDED ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT TO ST. VINCENT'S COLLEGE. Effective July 2, 2018, Sacred Heart University acquired the rights to teach the College's programs and to operate under the name St. Vincent's College at Sacred Heart University. As a result of the acquisition, the College began to wind down its operations in July 2018.
