Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

The organization's audit committee assumes responsibility for oversight of the audit and financial statements

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Chrysalis has implemented the accounting guidance for uncertainty in income taxes using certain provisions of asc 740, income taxes. Using this guidance, tax positions initially need to be recognized in the financial statements when it is more-likely-than-not that the position will be sustained upon examination by the tax authorities. As of june 30, 2013 and 2012, chrysalis has no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements and believes that it has appropriate support for income tax positions taken in its tax returns. Currently, chrysalis' federal informational returns for fiscal years 2010-2012 remain open to inspection by the irs. Chrysalis' 2013 federal information return is to be filed in 2014.
