Thomass day school, inc. While the foundation is included in the consolidated financial statements, the foundation files its own tax return. As such, the foundation 2022 assets and 2022 net assets have been removed from the st. Thomas day school 990 presentation by the adjustment of 1,123,645 less the amount of the 2023 grant they contributed to the school in the amount of 54,973 for a total adjustment of 1,178,618.”
