Usa cares exists to help bear the burdens of service by providing military families with financial and advocacy support in their time of need.

Usa cares' mission is to provide post-9/11 military veterans, service members and their families with financial assistance and post-service skills training to create a foundation for long-term stability. Our services improve the quality of life for them and their families and reduce the potential risk factors that contribute to veteran suicide.

The draft copy of the 990 is sent to all board members via email. They are to respond via email they have reviewed and either state they approve or not approve the filing of the 990. If the quorum is met and majority does not approved, the board will meet to discuss further.

Usa cares, inc. Is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Usa cares, inc. Qualifies for the charitable contribution deduction under section 170(b)(1)(a) and has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under section 509(a)(2). Management has concluded that any tax positions that would not meet the more-likely-than-not criterion of fasb asc 740-10 would be immaterial to the financial statements taken as a whole. Accordingly, the accompanying financial statements do not include any provision for uncertain tax positions, and no related interest or penalties have been recorded in the statement of activities or accrued in the statement of financial position.
