Financial Statement Notes

PART V, LINE 4:

The endowment funds include those assets of donor restricted funds that the organization must hold in perpetuity or for donor-specified period(s) as well as board designated funds which have been set aside by the board for potential future obligations of the organization.

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is a nonprofit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal and state income taxes on trade or business profits generated by activities related to the organization's exempt function. The organization may be subject to federal and state income taxes for profits generated from trade or business activities unrelated to the organization's exempt function. As of january 31, 2017, management believes that the organization has not generated any unrelated business taxable income.
