IN TOTAL, $876,005 OF CASH EXPENDITURES RELATED TO BUILDING HOUSES WAS CAPITALIZED TO INVENTORY DURING THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012. IT IS THE ORGANIZATION'S INTENT TO REFLECT THE COSTS OF THE HOUSES AT THE TIME THEY ARE SOLD, RATHER THAN AS THE EXPENDITURES ARE INCURRED. THREE HOUSES WERE SOLD DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2012. THE PROGRAM SERVICE EXPENDITURES ARE REFLECTED ON PAGE 9, PART VIII, LINE 10B.
