Form 990, part vi, line 7b the member shall have certain powers including: - the approval of annual operating and capital budgets of the corporation, including any amendments to such budgets - any decision to enter into any loan agreement or any guaranty of loan agreements - any agreement to sell, assign, convey, transfer, pledge, grant a security interest or mortgage in, or otherwise encumber the accounts, accounts receivable, or other tangible or intangible assets of the corporation - any merger, consolidation, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution of the corporation or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the corporation form 990, part vi, line 11b bmc integrated care service, inc.'s form 990 is prepared by pricewaterhousecoopers (pwc) and reviewed by bmc's internal management. Following that review, bmc's internal management and pwc present the form 990 to the audit committee for review and comment.
