Peace first personnel also may not engage in any business or transaction, or have a financial or other private interest, either direct or indirect, that is in conflict with the organization's best interest. Because it is difficult to outline each and every situation in which a conflict that is detrimental to the organization or its personnel may arise, personnel should raise specific concerns with the peace first management team for further review.”
