Peace properties and affiliates board of directors consists of 9 members as of december 31, 2024. They have an annual election in december. Terms are for three years. Members elect a majority or nine members. Members then appoint other members to three year terms.

A majority vote is required on board decisions. Members from the neighborhood of east boston elect members. That is the by-law.

Noah and affiliates' board of directors and management are required to file an annual conflict of interest form. These forms are collected and maintained at noah's administrative office. If a conflict arises, it is discussed at the board meeting and noted in the minutes. The particular board memeber is excluded from voting on a particular issue that he/she has a conflict.

This standard clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in tax positions and prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the consolidating financial statements regarding a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. Noah and affiliates has determined that there are no uncertain tax positions which qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the consolidating financial statements at december 31, 2024.
