The management company also handles the organization's membership dues and maintains the website and membership lists.”

“A copy of the form 990 is emailed to the officers for their review prior to finalization of the form 990. The final copy of the form 990 is sent to the officer responsible for signing and filing the form 990, who reviews the form 990 prior to signing and filing it.”

If a conflict of interest should arise, the bylaws (section 9 - resignation and removal) state that "whenever, in the judgement of the board of directors, the best interests of the isrs will be served, any member may be removed from office by two-thirds vote of the members of the board of directors in office, at any meeting of the board of directors duly called at which a quorum is present."”
