Part X, Line 2:

Management believes that CIL's, Realty's, Housing's and Community Resource's income tax returns for fiscal years 2014 and prior are no longer subject to examination by taxing authorities. As of June 30, 2017, the Corporation has no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. If CIL has unrelated business income taxes, CIL will recognize interest and penalties associated with uncertain tax positions as part of the income tax provision and include accrued interest and penalties with the related liability on the statement of financial position.
