Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

During the june board meeting, the conflict of interest policy is distributed to each member. Discussion ensues and members sign off that they have read, understand, and adhere to the published conflict of interest policy. Throughout the year, any issue that may result in a conflict of interest is brought before the board of trustees at the next scheduled meeting; or if necessary by telephone conference.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

An outside consulting firm is engaged to present to the board of trustees, his recommendation regarding the head of school's compensation package. The consulting firm analyzes and compares other educational institutions of equivalent size in determining the level of recommended compensation. This analysis has been completed each year in which the head of school's contract is up for renewal. The board of trustees either accepts, rejects, or modifies the recommendation. Top management compensation is accomplished in a similar manner however less frequently with an annual predetermined percentage for increases.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available by request.
