Trinity management company performs the property accounting and management services for three of the affordable housing programs.

Voting members of the organization elect the board of directors annually. The board of directors is comprised exclusively of members of the organization as defined in the by-laws.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 7B

The board of directors shall not undertake or approve major development projects of 30,000 sq ft or more of new or substantially rehabilitated space and/or having development costs in excess of 10m without the approval of the voting membership given at an annual or special meeting. The board of directors shall not borrow money or purchase any land or enter into any leasehold agreements with the organization as a tenant having a rent obligation in excess of 3m in the aggregate over the lease term without the approval of the voting membership given at an annual or special meeting.
