Compensation of other officers and key employees is set in accordance with governing body-established principles based on comparable benchmark identified by such independent consultants. In the reporting year, the governing body targeted total compensation for management employees at the 60th percentile of appropriate benchmarks. Dr. Hornstein receives payment from berkshire medical center for physician services. Brian burke, md hours shown in schedule j-2, part i are for services as a trustee, for which he receives no compensation. Dr. Burke receives payment from fairview hospital for physician services. Transfers schedule r, part v, line 2 although bhs has controlled entities within the meaning of section 512 (b)(13), the organization did not enter into any transactions with controlled entities during the fiscal year that met the reporting threshold for part 1.”
