Abcd's chief financial officer then reviews the form where recommended changes, if any, are discussed and, where appropriate, incorporated into the return. The return is presented to and reviewed by the audit committee, and once they have accepted the return, they recommend acceptance to the full board of directors. The full board is given the opportunity to review the form 990 prior to filing.”
