FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

The organization has a committee, the audit oversight committee, that assumes the responsibility for the audit of its financial statements and the selection of an independent accountant.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Effective january 1, 2010, the organization adopted newly effective accounting requirements that prescribe a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. For those benefits to be recognized, a tax position must be more-likely-than-not to be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. Based on the results of management's evaluation, adoption of the new rules did not have a material effect on the accompanying financial statements. Consequently, no liability is recognized in the accompanying statement of financial position for unrecognized income tax postions. Further, no interest or penalties have been accrued or charged to expense as of december 31, 2012.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010, THE ORGANIZATION ADOPTED NEWLY EFFECTIVE ACCOUNTING REQUIREMENTS THAT PRESCRIBE A RECOGNITION THRESHOLD AND MEASUREMENT ATTRIBUTE FOR FINANCIAL STATEMENT RECOGNITION AND MEASUREMENT OF INCOME TAX POSITIONS TAKEN OR EXPECTED TO BE TAKEN IN A TAX RETURN.
