The "odiorne in place and time" gallery and the historic sugden house afford visitors insight into what living here at odiorne point on the shores of the gulf of maine may have been like for native americans, the first european settlers and colonial farmers, the inhabitants of the victorian seaside cottages and the military servicemen and women of the late 1930s and 1940s stationed in fort dearborn at odiorne point. "marine mammals of the gulf of maine" is comprised of a collection of interpretive videos, interactive exhibits and articulated skeletons including "tofu" a 32-foot juvenile humpback whale. The "gulf of maine exhibit hall" features 10 aquarium exhibits containing a variety of fish and marine invertebrates representative of a variety of habitats found in the gulf of maine.
