The Board receives a full copy of the 990 to review prior to filing. After The Board reviews and any questions are addressed, The Board votes for acceptance and filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

Each director, member of a committee with board-delegated powers, principal officer or key employee annually signs a statement that affirms that such person had received a copy of the Conflict of Interest Policy. After an interested person discloses a financial interest and all material facts, and after any necessary follow-up discussion with The Board, the interested person shall leave The Board or committee meeting while a determination is made as to whether a Conflict of Interest exists and a vote of The Board taken and recorded. A majority vote by the remaining directors or committee members will control.
