“The initial director is also the executive director. All other directors (non-initial directors) shall be designated by the initial director and serve with pleasure of the initial director. Any non-initial director may be removed at any time with or without causes by action of the initial director.”

“Management reviews a draft of the form 990 and approves the filing of the return. A copy of the return is provided to the members of the board of directors at the next regularly scheduled meeting.”

“The organization has a corporate compliance officer. All employees are required to report any possible conflicts of interest to the corporate compliance officer on an ongoing basis, who notifies the board of directors.”

“The board of directors reviews the organization's financial status. When pay increases are approved by the board, pay levels for all employees are increased as considered appropriate, including the executive director.”

“The process is the same as organization's top officials.”

“Upon request, the organization will make public its governing documents, conflict of interest policy and/or its financial statements and form 990.”
