Supplemental Narrative

Financial Statement Notes

PART V, LINE 4:

The board designated fund and permanent endowment fund are to support the future operations of the playhouse. The prior years' disclosures of endowment funds included the land and building of the playhouse. These assets contain donor restrictions but are used in operations. These assets are not endowments to be held by the playhouse. Therefore, these amounts were removed from the schedule d.

PART X, LINE 2:

Management has evaluated the foundations tax positions and concluded that as of december 31, 2013, the foundation does not believe that it has taken any tax positions that would require the recording of any additional tax liabilities nor does it believe that there are any unrealized tax benefits that would either increase or decrease within the next twelve months. The foundation is currently open to audit under the statute of limitations by the internal revenue service and state taxing authorities for the years ended december 31, 2010 through december 31, 2013.

PART XI, LINE 2D - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:

Cost of goods sold 45,285.
